The ministerial guidance committee visited Ashur University to review the work of the university's Department of University Psychological Counseling.

The President of Ashur University, Professor Dr. Kadhim Aboud Al-Majidi, received the ministerial guidance committee appointed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The visit aimed to review the work of the university's Department of Psychological Counseling and to monitor the counseling activities of the psychological counseling units in our various colleges. Dr. Mohammed Ali Ghazi Al-Muhammadawi accompanied the ministerial committee.

During the visit, the most prominent programs, activities, and counseling services offered to students were reviewed, along with the approved implementation mechanisms in the field of psychological counseling. The committee commended the university's efforts in supporting psychological counseling programs and praised the high level of organization and follow-up within the department and its specialized counseling units. They emphasized the importance of these programs in enhancing the university environment and supporting students academically and psychologically.

The university president also affirmed the commitment to developing counseling services in accordance with the ministry's directives and contributing to the achievement of the educational process's objectives.
