Student registration mechanism 

       1- The middle school document (original copy) with grades sealed with the school's seal and certified by the concerned education directorate with 4 color copies

       2- The application form stamped with the stamp of the school from which he graduated and certified by the relevant education directorate

       3- The original civil status ID or the unified card with 4 color copies

       4- The original Iraqi nationality certificate with 4 color copies

       5- Medical examination form

       6- Recent color photos, number 6, measuring 4 * 6
