Ashur University Council Meeting
Ashur University Council held its eleventh regular meeting for the academic year 2023/2024 on Saturday 6/8/2024, headed by the University President, Prof. Dr. Kadhum Abboud Al-Majidi, and attended by the Council members, where the topics on the agenda were raised and appropriate decisions were taken regarding them.
At the beginning of the meeting, the University President thanked and appreciated the deans of the colleges and their affiliates for their accomplishment in managing the final exams for the stages after the first stage for the academic year 2023/2024. He also thanked the colleges included in the evaluation exams for their cooperation with the ministerial committees and the deans' committees. After that, the University President presented the following directives: -
1- Completing the exam schedules for the second round for the stages above the first and the exam schedule for the first stage, the first round of the second semester of the academic year 2023/2024
Through the applicable controls issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and according to the timings.
2- Continue working hard to implement the Bologna track according to the Ministry's mechanisms.
3- Distributing exam results electronically.
4- Submitting accreditation requests (self-assessment reports, immunization plan, and other required matters)
5- Completing the biometric data for all faculty members.
At the end of the meeting, the President of Ashur University thanked them for their tireless efforts to develop the educational process at the university.
