Establishing a virtual court in Assyria University College ... a distinguished experiment in applied legal thought

Under the patronage of the Dean of the Assyrian University College, Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Issa al-Majidi, the respected, and supervised by Professor Dr. Rashid Majeed al-Rabaei, Head of the Law Department, and the follow-up of the Scientific Associate Professor Dr. Ghassan Qassem al-Lami, the Law Department of the College held a virtual court for an electronic pleading session headed by Judge Nassif Al-Dulaimi on Tuesday 2021 5/11 at nine o'clock in the evening (to plead the lawsuit to remove the prevalence of a real estate). The session was attended by a number of law professors who praised this distinguished experiment established by the college.
