University chess championship

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Assyria, Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Al-Majidi, and the follow-up of the Deanship of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, the Student Activities Division at the university today, Monday, 10/23/2023, held in the halls and playgrounds of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences the University Chess Championship for the colleges and departments of the university for teachers, male and female students, and under the supervision Arbitrators from the Iraqi Chess Federation, and the competitions continued for more than 4 hours. Many talented students in this sport appeared in the tournament. Prizes will be distributed to the winners by the President of the University after the completion of the tournament competitions.
