Biomechanics Scientific Assembly
Under the supervision of the President of the University of Assyria, Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Al-Majidi, the work of the scientific gathering for biomechanics and kinematic analysis was opened today in the building of the University of Assyria, which was held by the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. It was attended by the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Farabi University and the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Wasit and a large number of Professors of various Iraqi universities,, and the gathering opened by reading verses from the Holy Quran, then reading Surah Al-Fatihah for the martyrs of Iraq and Palestine and the national anthem...
Then, the President of Assyria University gave a speech in which he welcomed the participants and explained the importance of holding such gatherings, especially biomechanics, which is involved in correcting technical performance, manufacturing training tools, therapeutic rehabilitation, and public health. He wished the participants success in their work and reaching scientific results and visions that contribute to raising the level of Iraqi sporting achievements.
Then the representative of the President of Al-Isra University, the partner supporting this gathering, gave his speech, and then the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences gave his speech and welcomed all the participants, hoping that they would reach recommendations that would serve the sports and scientific movement and the readiness of Assyria University, including its members.
