Ashur University College Council meeting
The Dean of the Ashur University College, Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Issa Al-Majidi, the respected, chaired on Sunday 3/28/2021 the work of the regular meeting of the Assyrian College Council in the presence of the scientific assistant Professor Dr. Ghassan Qassem Al-Lami and the members of the Council. On the spirit of the late Mr. Talal Nazim Alwan, Council and Instructor Reporter in the Department of Business Administration, and then the work of the Council session began, where the Dean touched on some directives related to electronic and attendance examinations and the need to follow up students during the exams by the faculty and to overcome the obstacles they face during them. After that, the agenda items were discussed and appropriate decisions were taken regarding them, and the most important emphasis was placed on them.
1- Preparing and fully preparing for the civilization exams according to the planned times and according to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in this regard.
2- Announcing the attendance exam schedules for students no later than 3/30/2021.
3- The teaching staff are obligated to work throughout the examination period and to establish central schedules issued by the Deanship to monitor the attendance examinations.
4- Implementing the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education regarding the government program (seminars, workshops, lectures).
5- Emphasizing the directions of the Health Crisis Cell regarding wearing masks and social distancing.
