Ashur University College Council held its first meeting for the academic year 2020-2021 chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Issa Al-Majidi, the respected, on Sunday 6/12/2020 in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs Prof. Dr. Ghassan Qassem and the members of the Council. The meeting discussed a number of The most important topics on the agenda are:

1- Paying attention to the blended education approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as it is the basis for teaching students for this year.

2- Paying attention to preparing scientific laboratories and providing the materials students need during scientific experiments.

3- The council emphasized the preparation of scientific topics and their delivery to students through electronic platforms and urged students to attend theoretical and practical lessons electronically and through their presence in the laboratories.

4- Follow up on the attendance and absence of students by the presidency of all departments.
