In the presence of the Dean of Ashur University College, the esteemed Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Aboud Al-Majidi and the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ghassan Qassem Al-Lami, the Women Empowerment Unit at the College, in cooperation with the Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies, organized an awareness-raising scientific symposium entitled (Awareness about Breast cancer disease) was prepared and presented by M.M. Amal Mahmoud and M.M. Ikhlas Nima. During the interventions, the honorable Dean praised the efforts made by the organizers of the symposium for the awareness-raising information it contained regarding the treatment of breast cancer. The symposium was attended by a number of gentlemen. Heads of departments, teachers and students.
