College Board meeting
The Ashur University College Council held its periodic meeting, which is held monthly on Tuesday 9/2/2021 at the college’s meeting room headed by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Essa Al Majidi, the respected and attended by the members of the Council. Most notable was.
1- Emphasis on preventing Coronavirus and the need to follow up and urge students to wear masks, social distancing, and follow the guidelines of the Health Crisis Cell.
2- Follow up on the implementation of the study hours on electronic platforms and practical laboratories and present daily attitudes about attendance.
3- Activating the work of scientific committees and other committees in developing and improving work performance.
4- Continuing to encourage teaching staff to publish scientific research in a way that contributes to the development of the college’s scientific career.
5- Emphasizing the implementation of the scientific plans in the field of holding workshops and seminars, taking into consideration the implementation of the directives of the Health Crisis Cell.
6- Following up on the mechanism of conducting electronic and attendance examinations in the college.
7 - The importance of checking students' absences and recording them on the electronic system and providing the Deanship with daily notes about absences to follow up on them.
