Scientific symposium of the Department of Law
In the presence of the Dean of Ashur University College, the esteemed Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Aboud Al-Majidi and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Ghassan Qassem Al-Lami, the Law Department of the College held a scientific symposium on Tuesday, 5/17/2022, entitled (The crime of smuggling migrants in the light of international criminal law) It was presented by Dr. Abdul Qader Hussein Al-Tedari in the Department of Law and it included two axes:
The first axis: What is the crime of smuggling migrants, and it contains several points that deal with the situation.
The second axis: the pillars of the crime of smuggling migrants and the penalties arising therefrom.
The symposium was attended by many questions and won the approval of the audience, the Head of the Law Department, Prof. Dr. Rashid Al-Rubaie, and a number of heads of departments, professors and students.
