A practical training seminar on the use and application of medical and electronic sensors
Under the patronage of the Dean of the University College of Ashur, the esteemed Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Al-Majidi, and over the course of two days and under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Medical Devices Technologies, Assistant Professor Dr. Saad Sami Al-Khafaji, the department held a training workshop for the students of the department in the field of (the use and application of medical and electronic sensors) on Saturday, 2022 4/9 and lectures by (M. Alaa Hussein Abdel-Aal and Dr. Mustafa Ghanem Razouki, both teaching staff in the Department of Medical Devices Technologies Engineering, and Eng. Nour El-Din Haider Zia) the symposium dealt with the following:
1- Introducing the microcontroller and its most important parts and programming methods.
2- Introducing the Arduino, its parts, types, importance and programming methods.
3- Definition of the electrocardiogram (ECG) sensor.
4- Definition of the heart rate sensor.
5- Definition of resistance and variable resistance.
6- Introducing the MQ2 sensor.
The symposium was attended by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ghassan Qassem Al-Lami, and a number of the department's teachers and students. During the symposium, Engineer Noureddin Haider was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the respected Dean.
