The 2005 constitution between contradiction and ambiguity
Under the patronage of the Dean of the University College of Assyria, Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Aboud Al-Majidi, and the supervision of Professor Dr. Rashid Al-Rubaie, Head of the Law Department, the department held a symposium on Saturday, 4/9/2022, under the title (The 2005 Constitution between Contradiction and Ambiguity) presented by Prof. The Law Department was attended by a number of department heads and students. The symposium dealt with the Iraqi constitution, how it was written, and the contradiction in a number of its articles, in addition to the ambiguity surrounding the other number of articles, and this in turn greatly affected the important decisions taken by the Federal Court.
After the symposium ended, the honorable Dean praised the efforts of the lecturer, considering that the topic covered by the symposium affects the political, social and economic life of the citizen.
