college council meeting
The Honorable Dean of Ashur University College, Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Aboud Al-Majidi, chaired the seventh meeting of the College Council for the academic year 2021-2022 on Tuesday, 4/5/2022, and the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Ghassan Qassem Al-Lami, and members of the Council.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean welcomed the attendees, congratulating them on the blessed month of Ramadan and calling for them to accept obedience, health and peace. Private universities, where the Minister emphasized the following:
1- Upgrading the teaching staff and developing the infrastructure, laboratories and the scientific research environment.
2- Preparing for the final exams for the second semester.
3- Providing the full logistical requirements for the orthodontic exam for the specialties of dentistry and pharmacy.
4- Taking into account the quality requirements and achieving the standard ratio for preparing students and teaching staff
The Honorable Dean emphasized the following:
1- Continuing to follow the in-person and electronic lectures according to the study schedules announced on the college’s website.
2- Preparing and preparing to implement the scientific courses for summer training.
3- Reviewing and evaluating the scientific achievements achieved during the previous period.
4- Completion of submitting the lists of absent students whose absences exceed the established percentages, provided that 12/4/2022 will be the last day to receive the lists after issuing the initial and final warnings by the scientific department.
After that, the topics on the agenda were discussed and appropriate decisions were taken.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the honorable Brigadier General thanked the members of the Council for attending the meeting.
