In implementation of the directives and concerns of the Dean of Ashur University College, the esteemed Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Aboud Al-Majidi, and based on scientific insights on the practical side of legal thought and an embodiment of what law students receive through the weekly sessions of the virtual court run by retired judge Nassif Abdullah, in the students’ performance of their role in drawing up pleading and trial procedures And the extent to which this keeps pace with the progress of the ongoing pleadings in the Judiciary, and the interest of the Deanship of the College in the Virtual Court, retired Judge Nassif Abdullah made exceptional efforts to coordinate between the Deanship of the College and the Presidency of the Rusafa Court of Appeal, which resulted in the students of the Law Department visiting the Rusafa Court of Appeal on Wednesday, corresponding to 2022 3/9 accompanied by retired judge Nassif Abdullah, where they attended trial sessions in the criminal court, watched the trial procedures and listened to the judgments issued by the court, as well as attending the pleadings before the Court of First Instance, the Commercial Court, and the Personal Status Court. The visit is about the students’ understanding of what is required of them to perform as men The judiciary and understanding the role of judges in the management of court sessions.
