College board meeting.
Ashur University College Council held its fourth periodic meeting for the academic year 2021-2022 headed by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Success and safety. After that, the Dean gave a number of directions regarding the work, as follows:
1- Follow-up on the implementation of the in-person and electronic lectures for the first stage according to the study schedules announced on the college’s website and writing down the lectures and sending them to the scientific assistant master according to the designated forms.
2- Holding departmental council meetings to discuss the results of the exams, and submitting that to a fundamental lecture to the Dean of the College.
3- Providing the scientific assistant with schedules of study assignments according to the distribution of study hours for the second semester.
4- Commitment and accuracy to the implementation of the updated university calendar.
5- Not to change the study schedules, especially the schedules for the first stage, and record the students’ absences on the electronic system, and announce lists of the names of the absent students.
After these directives, the topics on the agenda were discussed and appropriate decisions were taken.
