College Board Meeting

The Assur University College Council held its third regular meeting for the academic year 2022/2021 under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Issa Al-Majidi, and the presence of the members of the Council.
1- To follow up on the teaching staff’s implementation of the in-person and electronic lectures according to the study schedules announced on the college’s website, and to follow up the position on electronic work while adhering to the official working hours.
2- Presenting the situations for the implementation of the exams according to the approved form, and that there should be an exam practice for all the basic materials, both in person and electronic.
3- The necessity for the scientific committees in the departments to implement scientific plans (research, workshops and seminars, including holding seminars for student educational guidance).
4- Resolving the issue of students who are absent from the official working hours or whose records are registered in coordination with the Registration Division and the Finance Division.
5- Expedite the completion of the annual performance appraisal forms for all affiliates according to the period specified by the Ministry of Higher Education and in coordination with the official of the Quality Assurance Division.
6- Permanent follow-up to the implementation of the school curricula and confirmation of twinning for all departments according to the formula sent by the Ministry. After the directives, the meeting's agenda was discussed and appropriate decisions were taken.
