Scientific Symposium

Under the patronage of the Dean of the Assyrian University College, Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Issa Al-Majidi, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Faleh Hassan Al-Mousawi, the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques at the College held a scientific symposium under the title ((Latest COVID-19 Developments)) on Tuesday 29/12/2020 at Hall The faculty was attended by Assistant Dean of Science Prof. Dr. Ghassan Qassem, heads of departments and a large number of teaching staff. Prof. Dr. Faleh Al-Mousawi, head of the department, and M. Ali Lafta and M. M. Arwa Mohammed Saleh, the two teachers in the department. The symposium included a lot of modern and valuable information about the development of the pandemic and how to prevent it. It also dealt with the vaccines offered by the producing companies and the comparison between them and the extent of their usefulness in treating the pandemic. During the symposium, the Dean made valuable remarks about the symposium and thanked the organizers of it, wishing them success. Several questions and inquiries were raised by the attendees, and they were answered in every scientific way.
