A meeting of the academic department rapporteurs
The Assistant Dean of Ashur University College for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ghassan Qassem Al-Lami, held a meeting on Wednesday 12/10/2021 for the rapporteurs of the scientific departments in the college, during which the following was emphasized:
1- Completion and completion of the work of the examination committee for the academic year 2020-2021 (documentation, checking, sheets, signatures).
2- Completing the study schedules for the current academic year and permanent follow-up to them, and submitting follow-up and attendance forms for teachers and students.
3- Completing the required scientific plans (research, workshops, activities) and following up on the implementation and documentation of achievements.
4- Activating the absence committees and emphasizing the accuracy of work in documentation and recording on the electronic system and announcing the lists and administrative orders.
5- Follow-up on the payment of tuition fees (the first installment of the current academic year, no later than 10/20/21).
6- The issue of wage reduction (not receiving any application or form until after the first half of wages has been paid and the Deanship has submitted it on 1/15/2022.
7- Activating the college’s electronic follow-up room and nominating one of the teachers from each department to the Central Follow-up Committee.
