University of Ashur

On Monday, February 10, 2025, the President of Ashur University, Prof. Dr. Kadhum Abboud Al-Majidi, met at the university presidency headquarters with Dr. Hussein Flamers, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Entrepreneurship Affairs, and Dr. Amer Al-Adhadh, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Knowledge Economy Affairs. The meeting discussed a number of important issues related to ways of cooperation between Iraqi universities and the Prime Minister’s departments. The meeting touched on the Entrepreneurship Initiative launched by Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani. In turn, Dr. Hussein Flamers extended his sincere thanks to the university presidency for its effective role in hosting the entrepreneurship courses and providing full support for their success. The advisors also praised the university’s infrastructure and the provision of a distinguished university environment for our students. The meeting was attended by Dr. Samir Al-Yara, Scientific Assistant to the President of the University.
