This division aims to develop and enhance the academic and practical skills of Ashur University students and graduates by offering specialized programs aimed at equipping them with advanced skills that qualify them to compete for available jobs in the labor market. The division is responsible for the following tasks:
* Designing and implementing training programs and workshops for Ashur University students and graduates, in line with labor market needs.
* Opening channels of communication with public and private sector institutions to facilitate access to training or employment opportunities available to students and graduates.
* Coordinating and arranging job fairs in cooperation with private and government companies for the purpose of communicating with students and graduates.
* Continuously monitoring changes in the labor market to guide curricula in light of these changes.

Holding training courses in various fields for students and graduates.
Assisting graduate students in obtaining jobs that suit their abilities, skills, and academic specialization.
Assisting companies and institutions seeking employees in easily reaching graduates.
Arranging and preparing for job interviews.
Monitoring the Employment and Alumni Affairs Department's websites.
Guiding and directing students through various programs.
Creating an electronic database within the graduate follow-up system.
Creating an electronic database for companies.
Designing courses that fit the unit's work and preparing plans for them.
