Department Chair's Speech:
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the best of the messengers, our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his chosen companions.
And yet:
The Department of Islamic Sciences is one of the scientific departments in Ashur University College / Baghdad Governorate, as this department was established in the academic year (2021-2022).
This department strives with diligence and perseverance to achieve the goals for which it was established; Enriching the studies that fall within his specialization, achieving books and manuscripts of outstanding scientific value, and graduating researchers specializing in Islamic sciences, who have sufficient knowledge in this field.
The department teaches courses that fall within its scientific specialization. The department council also considers the decisions it sponsors.
As I place this brief summary in the hands of the visitors of the department; I ask God Almighty to grant success and payment.
