The guidance lecture on university student behavior within the university is held by the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Department at the College of Medical and Health Technologies.

In establishing Ashur University, we implemented a new vision of a quality academic institution in Iraq to supply the academic world with highly-skilled graduates in various disciplines of Science and Humanities. Since 2016, the university has obtained the permission of the Iraqi Council of Ministers to launch as an Iraqi university with a distinguished academic rigour that meets the standards of science and knowledge in the modern era thereby conforming to the vision of Iraqi civilization and its knowledge goals.
