Ashur University signs a memorandum of understanding with the Iraqi Society for Infectious Diseases.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kadhim Abboud Al-Majidi, President of Ashur University, the University’s College of Medicine signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Iraqi Society for Infectious Diseases. The agreement aims to foster cooperation in scientific, academic, research, and training fields, as well as to facilitate the exchange of expertise.

The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Kadhim Abboud Al-Majidi (University President), Prof. Dr. Haifa Salman Al-Hadithi (Dean of the College of Medicine), and Asst. Prof. Dr. Zainab Abdul-Khaliq Al-Rikabi (Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs) representing the university; and by Prof. Dr. Haitham Ayada Al-Kubaisi and Dr. Mustafa Al-Hiti representing the Society.

This MoU aligns with the College of Medicine’s commitment to establishing effective scientific partnerships that contribute to the advancement of medical education and scientific research, while enhancing training and learning opportunities.
