The Department of Islamic Sciences at Ashur University organized joint examinations in academic cooperation and coordination with the Iraqi University, as part of efforts to strengthen scientific collaboration and solidify standards of quality and academic rigor among Iraqi universities.
The visit included an official meeting between the President of Ashur University, Professor Dr. Kadhim Aboud Al-Majidi, and the committee appointed by the Iraqi University/College of Islamic Sciences, headed by Professor Dr. Omar Issa Imran, and in the presence of the Head of the Department of Islamic Sciences at Ashur University, Dr. Muhammad Ali Ghazi, to monitor the progress of the joint examinations and review the adopted organizational and academic procedures.
Professor Dr. Kadhim Aboud Al-Majidi emphasized the importance of expanding academic cooperation among Iraqi universities, praising the efforts of the examination and teaching committees in ensuring the success of this academic initiative, which contributes to enhancing the quality of higher education and raising the academic level of students.
On one hand, Dr. Omar Issa Omran and the accompanying committee commended the significant efforts of the Department of Islamic Studies at Ashur University, praising the active role of the department head, Dr. Muhammad Ali Ghazi, in creating a suitable academic and organizational environment for the success of the joint examinations, as well as the department's distinguished academic and administrative standards.
This collaboration falls within the framework of supporting scientific partnerships and the exchange of expertise among Iraqi universities, which enhances the development of the educational process and contributes to the advancement of academic progress in Iraq.
