As is well known, physics is a global science, its concepts and theories taught according to scientific standards adopted in most countries worldwide, and its applications contribute to education, scientific research, and technological development. From this perspective, the Department of Physics Teaching Methods strives to provide its students with physical and educational knowledge within both global and local frameworks, preparing them to be qualified teachers for the educational job market in public and private schools, both within and outside Iraq. The department's curriculum is designed according to university and educational standards adopted for teaching physics and teacher training, standards approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The department also adheres to academic accreditation and quality standards issued by national bodies to ensure the preparation of highly competent educational personnel.
