The Communications Technology Engineering Department was established in the academic year 2023-2024 for the purpose of creating and preparing specialized technical engineering cadres concerned with the design and development of communications systems and technology. This engineering includes the study of electromagnetic signals and waves, the transmission of data and sound via various media such as optical fibers, satellites, mobile phones and Internet networks.
