The Department of Arabic Language and Literature was established with the establishment of the College of Arts at Ashur University for the academic year 2023/2024. The Department of Arabic Language is one of the important humanities departments at Ashur University, where knowledge, science, seriousness, creativity and responsible leadership meet. Study in the Department of Arabic Language takes place in specialized classrooms that are equipped to the best level in line with scientific progress. In addition, the university invests in distinguished and specialized teaching staff in the field of Arabic language. The student engages in studying with specialized vocabulary and curriculum in the field of language and literature, in partnership with the College of Arts at Al-Mustansiriya University.
